Imagine floating in 10 inches of Epsom Salt Saturated water that allows you to remain buoyant effortlessly. The tank is dark and the water is heated to match your skin temperature making it impossible to distinguish where your body ends and the water begins. LIGHT AND SOUND

This powerful 30 minute technique combines special glasses and headphones that produce light and sound patterns which take the brain through the alpha, beta, theta, and delta states. Each session is a personally designed program to increase learning, stimulate creativity or deeply relax. This session is an excellent addition to any massage or used on it’s own.

INFRA RED SAUNA:

We then give you foot reflexology on both feet and calves which breaks up mineral deposits from slow circulation. It lasts 15 minutes, costs an additional $20 and is very relaxing!
