FLOATATION

Imagine floating in 10 inches of Epsom Salt Saturated water that allows you to remain buoyant effortlessly. The tank is dark and the water is heated to match your skin temperature making it impossible to distinguish where your body ends and the water begins. MASSAGE

• SWEDISH- A combination of traditional flowing strokes with gentle kneading to enhance relaxation, and reduce stress
• DEEP TISSUE- Combines deep direct pressure to relieve chronic pain. Increases range of motion and eliminates muscle spasms
• CRANIO-SACRUM- A gentle focus on the bones of the head, spine, and sacrum. Restrictions in those areas are found and released which restores balance to the entire system
• MYOFASCIAL RELEASE- A powerful method of stretching and softening adhesions, lengthening short spasmed muscles and freeing trapped nerves. Excellent for injuries and breaking down scar tissue
• WARM STONE (1 ½ HOUR)- Heated smooth stones are used to gently massage the muscles with special oils resulting in the ultimate experience of deep relaxation

LIGHT AND SOUND

This powerful 30 minute technique combines special glasses and headphones that produce light and sound patterns which take the brain through the alpha, beta, theta, and delta states. Each session is a personally designed program to increase learning, stimulate creativity or deeply relax. This session is an excellent addition to any massage or used on it’s own.

INFRA RED SAUNA:
